Agreement
By using venustribe.com.au and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Digital products
All products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is complete you'll be taken to a download page with your files, and a receipt will be sent to the email address you use at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct.
Licence & use
When you buy a resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your single practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products publicly without written permission.
Refunds
Our products are digital and are available to download straight after purchase. Because of this, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, isn't as described, or you can't access your download, please contact us and we'll make it right.
