Digital products
All products are delivered digitally as instant downloads or online access. You'll receive access details by email after purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Licence & use
When you buy a resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your single practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products publicly without written permission.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we offer a gentle 14-day satisfaction guarantee where indicated. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
